Leak in the room is fixed! Yeah! It turned out to be a hole in one of the pipes. So, no more flooding...and no water slide. Dang.

Ah well, made ravioli for dinner to celebrate! With a chicken ragout. Felt good man.

Oh god, I am SO not looking forward to the 3 hour drive it takes to get to my mom's house for Thanksgiving. Tired Dom is tired. I haven't had a day off in over a week. XD BUT that's good! It means hours and money! YAY!

In other news, the AC has been flooding my room lately. >.< These guys were supposed to have come and fixed it this morning, but I think they made it worse. Ah well. What can ya do? To top it off, I thought they had let Korin out since I couldn't find her ANYWHERE after they left. She...she was in a damn good hiding spot. While I was looking for her, I stepped on an random tack that was on the floor. Now it hurts to walk. GAH. THIS HAS BEEN A DAY.

We had a potluck dinner at work! Everyone brought really yummeh food. I made sausage, butternut squash, and sage stuffing and an apple tarte tatin. Well...it WOULD have been if I had the proper pan to cook it in. X3 I hadn't made one in YEARS. Used to have to make them everyday at work when I was a pastry chef. Fffff...I miss it!

So, I bought Star Trek the other day. Yeah, I saw it in the theaters, but it was good enough to splurge on and buy it. Oh....oh my new husbando: Chekov. HHHNNNNNNGGGGG YOU ARE SO MOE.

Gah, I need to get some sleep. I've got my first manager shift tomorrow at 9 am. IN THE MORNING. WAT.

I have some pretty awesome friends. Wouldn't trade them for anything.

Tickets got booked this morning. Looks like I'll be in Rome visiting my dad from January 13th-20th. I AM SO EXCITED FOR THIS TRIP! It's been a few years since I've seen him. There are no words to describe the amount of food that will be eaten. I'm talking Lina Inverse levels of eating. Yeah.

I got off of work tonight, and as I was driving home with the windows down, amazing music playing, and driving way too fast I got such an overwhelming feeling of...of...well, it's one of those rare times when everything just feels right. You feel invinicible. Where nothing can stop you, and nothing can bring you down from such an wonderful place. Not jobs, responsibility, life, relationships, love. Nothing.

Man, I wish those moments lasted longer.

So, yesterday morning, the dogs decided to spill red fabric paint on Sakura's white sleeve. FFFFFFFFFFffffffffffffffff!!! Anyways, I'm heading down to Andrea's for some (hopefully) epic make-up work on this massive project!

Plus, in other awesome news my Sakura wig came in! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!
